When will I receive my order?


If you reside in the continental USA, then you'll receive your order in 1-7 days depending on how far you are from our warehouse in New Jersey. A shipping chart is on the bottom of most pages. It is in business days when UPS ground delivers.

We can also expedite your order so that you may receive your order faster. Order that are to be expedited need to be received by 12 noon (EST). We can ship your order next day air, 2nd day air, or 3-day express.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?


If you email us right away, we should be able to make the change. However, we do process orders quickly and there is always the chance that you not be able to change the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your change.

Can you save us money? We live outside the 48 states.


Yes, we can save you alot of money.  For customers residing in Hawaii, Guam, PR, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, APO, AE, Marshall Islands, American Samoa we ship via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. USPS rates are much cheaper than UPS. If you prefer, however, we can ship via UPS. Just let us know in the comments section of the order form.

Can I ship to an address outside the United States?


Yes, we ship via Express Mail to countries outside the USA.  Place your order and the shopping cart will tell you the costs to ship to your country.   We will ship international orders via Express which we will insure.   We can also ship via Priority Mail, however this is not as secure a service and we cannot guarantee shipping this method.

What are the charges for shipping internationally?


 All international orders are subject to confirmation of shipping charges.
Shipping charges are based on international location and weight of the items ordered.

My order will not go through?


  1. Make sure the billing and shipping forms are complete
  2. Make sure you have chosen your shipping company and the method you want it shipped i.e.….UPS – Ground.
  3. Make sure you have selected a choice for ‘How did you hear about us?’

What is your return policy?


You may return or exchange an item for a refund as long as the item has not been washed or worn. You may also exchange just the jacket or pants for exchange.  We do split sizing in case only part of your uniform fits.

Before you return an item you must get an RA# and returns together with a copy of the original packing slip should be sent to:

Our Web site is secured with a certified Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. All credit card transactions are processed through Chase Bank. All Paypal transactions are processed directly through Paypal.

Shipping

An adult uniform in the box with packing materials weighs around 6 pounds. The cost UPS charges us for shipping an adult Gi is only around $11.95. This is pretty good considering they provide you and us a tracking number and are a very dependable cross country service.

Two Adult Gis weighs around 12 pounds in the box with packing materials and only costs $13.49 to ship across country. We ship all orders at 5:30 pm eastern time the business day your order is placed. Orders are shipped from our distribution center in New Jersey. We ship all items UPS ground unless you upgrade to UPS 3 day select in your cart.

UPS ground shipping times are located on the map at the bottom of most pages of the online store. We will send you the tracking number upon your request. The shipping times are in Business days when UPS is in service. We strive to give you the best customer service in the business.

Unlike some of our competitors all of our products are guaranteed authentic and shipped from within the United States. We have learned that a quality name brand Gi lasts much longer and is a much better deal in the long run.

Choosing the right size GI/ Uniform

There is a size chart at the bottom of most pages of the online store. We also have size charts along with some of the items listed for sale. Most GIs are a little big when you receive them. This is standard throughout the industry.

The best way to get a good fit. If the uniform is too big, first wash and then dry the uniform in the dryer until you achieve a good fit. Then once the desired size is reached please do not put the uniform in the dryer anymore or it may continue to shrink. At that stage it is best to wash and hang dry the uniform from then on so it does not continue to shrink. Iron if needed.
